A Young Champion With a Big Heart 

At Renewal by Andersen, we believe in celebrating the local heroes who inspire us, especially the youngest among us. This week, we’re honored to introduce you to Lucas, a 9-year-old with a heart as bold as his love for the Green Bay Packers! 

A Fighter and an Inspiration 

Lucas faces life with a resilience well beyond his years. He doesn’t let his challenges define him. His autism doesn’t hold him back; it gives him a powerful way of seeing the world, and the world is better because of it! 

From youth football to golf and video games, Lucas pours his energy into everything he loves. Recently, he graduated from his Individualized Education Program (IEP), a rare accomplishment that reflects his dedication and growth. 

Leading with Kindness

What makes Lucas truly stand out is his unwavering kindness. He goes out of his way to help others, always offering a hand, a smile, or a kind word. Whether on the football field or in the classroom, he inspires not just his peers, but also parents, teachers, and other families navigating the world of special needs. 

A Packers Fan Through and Through 

In a house full of Bears fans (yes, you read that right), Lucas holds strong to his love for the Green Bay Packers. He proudly bleeds green and gold and isn’t afraid to stand out and cheer for his team, win or lose. That loyalty and confidence are just part of what makes him a hometown hero in our eyes. 

Why We Celebrate Our Hometown Kids 

We know that strong communities are built on stories of courage, resilience, and kindness,  and Lucas embodies all three. He reminds us that greatness comes in many forms and often in small, determined packages.
