Meet Sophia

Sophia proves every single day that having Down syndrome is her superpower! At just 13 years old, she inspires everyone around her with her determination, kindness, and joy.

Sophia is a proud member of the Dusion Athletics Cheerabits cheerleading team, where she shines as both a teammate and a friend. Her coach says she’s always ready with hugs for the staff and spreads so much sweetness wherever she goes.

She’s also taken the spotlight as a model in the Back-to-School Fashion Show at Bay Park Square and competed in the Miss Amazing pageant locally, showing the world her confidence and courage.

Through cheerleading, modeling, and community events, Sophia reminds us all that we can achieve our dreams when we work hard and never give up.
